To achieve this goal, we make wine only from fruit grown in our estate vineyard.

We work very hard in our estate grown vineyard and intervene minimally in the winery, finding the correct balance for each plot in the vineyard. In order to achieve this balance we use two main tools—differentiation and selection. We merely select the best fruits by shoot thinning, green harvest, and by sorting of clusters and berries.
