Our wines reflect the Judean Hills’ unique Terroir. In order to achieve this goal, we make wine only from our estate’s fruit, grown in three vineyards.
We work very hard in the vineyard and do minimal intervention in the winery, finding the correct balance for each plot in the vineyard. We grow 80 acres in three vineyards of different Terroirs.
In order to achieve this balance we use two main tools: Differentiation and Selection - we merely select the best fruits: by shoot thinning, green harvest, and thorough clusters and berry sorting.
