Shoresh Blanc 2009

"Shoresh Blanc 2009" is the dry white wine of Shoresh vineyard, produced from Gewürztraminer grapes grown on the highest plot of Shoresh vineyard, at 700 meters above sea level. In 2009, 15% Chardonnay was added to the blend, complementing it and adding complexity to the wine.
Due to meticulous vineyard management, low yield of this plot (350 kg/Dunam), and an optimum selection process in the winery, this wine possesses great character with complex wonderful aromas of tropical fruit and a long finish.

From this versatile grape variety, the Dessert wine OR was produced during the 2006 and 2008 vintages.
