Giv’at Hachalukim 2008

Produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes sourced from the oldest plot of the winery in Giv'at Hachalukim vineyard. The 2008 growing season had perfect conditions with moderate, relatively cool climate, which resulted in this Single Vineyard wine that well reflects the character of its origin Terroir.

The wine was bottled without filtration after an aging period of 12 months in French oak barriques. With aromas of herbs, earthy flavors, good length and balance, this wine will age beautifully for the next three to four years
